How old do I have to be to rent a car from Trifecta Car Rentals LV?
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent from us . Certain vehicles require age 25 or older. You must not have any severe moving violations and/or DUI cases on your record. If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be denied. If you are under the age of 25 you may inquire with us for more information.
One additional driver can be added with no additional fee.
Additional drivers must pass our verification process to be added to a trip.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, we allow cancelations. 100% refundable if canceled 48 hours or more in advance. Anything less will be subject to a $50 cancelation fee.
All cancellations are effective immediately.
Once you cancel, you’re no longer authorized to receive or drive the car.
Gasoline Vehicles: Rentals must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pick-up. If not, a $20 refueling fee will be assessed in addition to the actual fuel cost. Receipts for refueling are available upon request.
Electric Vehicles: Rentals must be returned with a battery level within 10% of what was provided at pick-up. If not, a $20 recharging fee will be applied. An additional $5 fee will be charged for every 10% of the battery required to match the initial charge level.
Tolls and Violations
Tolls: Drivers are responsible for paying tolls at the time of use. Unpaid tolls will result in late fees, and the credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
Traffic Tickets: Drivers are solely responsible for any traffic violations or citations incurred during the rental period.
Parking Tickets and Red-Light Camera Violations: Renters are fully liable for any parking citations or red-light camera tickets issued while the vehicle is in their possession.
Towing and Damages
Towing: Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental period and not covered by your insurance policy will be deducted from the security deposit and/or billed to the renter.
Can I return my car a day or more early?
We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day that the reservation begins. Early returns are allowed if plans change. Refunds for unused days, however, are considered on a case-by-case basis. While every effort is made to accommodate individual circumstances, refunds for early returns cannot be guaranteed. For any anticipated early returns, please contact us directly to discuss available options.
How many miles are included?
Each rental includes 150 miles per day or 600 miles per week, whichever is fewer. Additional mileage beyond these limits may incur extra fees. Please review the rental terms for detailed information on mileage policies.
What is the minimum rental period?
The standard minimum rental period is three days. However, exceptions may be available for certain vehicles. Please contact us to discuss shorter rental options.
We offer delivery within 10 miles of our business (zip code 89148). This includes Harry Reid International Airport, the Las Vegas strip, and most locations in West, South, and Central Las Vegas. To have the vehicle delivered, we charge $120, and this includes and pickup and return.
What are the available times for pickup / return?
We can deliver your rental to our allowed locations within the hours of 9am-10pm. Return hours are 24/7.
Vehicles are available immediately at our pickup location. For deliveries, please allow a 30–60 minute timeframe.
Where do I pick up the vehicle?
Our business operates remotely without a physical storefront, ensuring a seamless rental experience. You can pick up your vehicle at 8870 S Durango Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89148, or choose our convenient delivery option. We offer vehicle delivery within our designated service area, allowing you to start your journey right from your preferred location.
